New Review paper by Czapla et al. on SP in the LGBT+ community
A comprehensive new review by Michał Czapla and colleagues, published in Advances in Clinical and Experimental Medicine, highlights the potential of social prescribing to support the health and well-being of LGBT+ populations. The study shows that while social prescribing is increasingly recognised as a promising approach to addressing social determinants of health, research focusing specifically on LGBT+ communities is still emerging. The authors emphasise growing interest in inclusive models and identify important opportunities for future research to strengthen the evidence base and guide more equitable health interventions.
