SP-EU starts: Our 5-year-long journey begins!
On 01 January 2025, the 5-year-long, pan-European research project begins. We are excited to roll up our sleeves and get to work. A total of 19 work packages (WPs) are tailored towards bridging the gap between primary health care and non-clinical supports and services within the community. Funded by the Horizon Europe programme of the EU with a grant amount of 6.97 million Euros, 22 institutions from 11 countries across Europe join forces in the research and implementation of this ambitious undertaking. The consortium’s first General Assembly (GA) Meeting takes place in Berlin, Germany, from 19-21 March 2025.
