Berlin – Um die Lücke zwischen hausärztlicher Versorgung und sozialen, nichtmedizinischen Unterstützungsangeboten zu schließen, wird unter Federführung der Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin in den kommenden fünf Jahren das Potenzial von Social Prescribing (SP) bei benachteiligten Personengruppen untersucht.

Berlin, 19 March 2025 – When doctors issue prescriptions, patients usually head to the pharmacy or make an appointment with a therapist. This isn’t the case, however, with social prescribing. The aim of this new approach, developed in the United Kingdom, is to bridge the gap between primary healthcare and non-medical support services.
Das Soziale Rezept: Europaweites Forschungsprogramm zur Wirksamkeit startet
Berlin, 19 März 2025 – Mit einem Rezept führt der Weg für gewöhnlich zur Apotheke oder einem Therapieangebot. Nicht so beim Sozialen Rezept, englisch: Social Prescribing. Dahinter steht ein neuer, in England entwickelter Ansatz, der die Lücke zwischen hausärztlicher Versorgung und sozialen, nicht-medizinischen Angeboten schließen soll.
