Management

Effective and diligent management and coordination are vital to the success of a large EU-funded research project, such as SP-EU. Distinguishing between scientific coordination and organisational management tasks ensures seamless and efficient collaboration among our 22 partners across Europe, intending to produce high-quality results on time and maximise the project’s impact.

concentris carries out the non-scientific tasks of EU projects – including project management, project dissemination and communication, and conference organisation – providing support and consultancy services for scientists and researchers at universities, businesses, and research institutes from the first project idea to the successful completion. Together with the coordinating institution (Charité), concentris serves as the project management office (PMO) and is the central point of contact for the SP-EU project and its consortium members.
