Building on the success of two previous online conferences, this year’s event aims to strengthen personal exchange, showcase existing social prescribing initiatives and foster new collaborations. Designed as a multi-perspective platform, the conference will combine the latest research findings, practical experience and health policy insights to support the further development of integrated, community-based care.
From the SP-EU consortium, Wolfram Herrmann, Hendrik Napierala, Niklas Jeske, Philip Oeser, and Simon Hörmann from the Charité, and Thomas Kloppe from UKE actively contribute to the programme with talks and sessions.
Between 9 am – 5 pm, attendees can choose between six sessions (running in parallel in two separate rooms), and can refresh themselves during a catered lunch break and two coffee breaks. The day will be wrapped up with a podium discussion and socialising at the the end.
