PhD Network Social Prescribing launched in April 2026
On 23 April 2026, the PhD Network Social Prescribing held its inaugural meeting, bringing together early-career researchers from partner institutions across Europe. The network currently comprises 21 PhD students from nine partner institutions in six countries. The meeting provided an opportunity for participants to introduce themselves and begin to establish the foundations of the network. Key topics included expectations for the PhD network, the frequency and format of future meetings, and communication channels. In addition, participants discussed the network’s external visibility and representation. An exchange programme among PhD researchers was also proposed. The next follow-up meeting is scheduled for September. PhD candidates interested in joining the network are invited to contact Simon Hörmann, Charité.
